Easter

The Easter bunny came before we headed to church!

After church we had a wonderful lunch and egg hunt at Gigi's house... such a beautiful day!

Easter Prep

I love each of these traditions that we have built in just a few short years!  We love dying eggs with Lexy, although every year I try something "new" and it's kind of a mess!

 This year I joined a bunco group of wonderful women and they invited us to their annual Easter egg hunt.  We had a great time and the weather was beautiful!

 And of course we were able to find the Easter bunny with these sweet cousins.

 This isn't a tradition, but Lexy invited us to the children's symphony because it was super hero themed... right up our alley!  They performed all of the super hero theme songs and all of the kids wore costumes.  All of this in the days leading up to Easter!

Spring Break

For spring break this year we took a trip to San Antonio and had a great time!  We started off the trip with a visit to the Kiddie Park and it was perfect for Colby.  He rode all of the rides and had a blast.

 We also made his first trip to Sea World!  Sea World offers free passes to teachers, so Rick and I both get to go for free.  We all loved it!

 Of course we couldn't miss the wildlife park... always a hit.

 And we wrapped up the visit with dinner with Emmie and her parents!
