Last Day of MDO

Colby had such a great year of pre-school and I couldn't love his school and teachers more.  At the beginning of the year I carried (because he wouldn't walk) in a not even two year old and we both cried when I left.  On this last day (and for many before) I hold his hand as he pulls me into his school, he walks confidently into his classroom, then kisses me and says, "bye-bye mama."  He loves Ms. Nancy and Ms. Flo and his friends at school.  He has really grown this year and so have I!  They sent home this very sweet photo album that reminded me just how much he has grown.

We loved it so much that next year Colby will go two days each week.  But first we'll enjoy a lot of summer fun!

Mother's Day

I felt so special this year on Mother's Day and loved our day so much!  It was just a perfect day of church and lunch with my boys and dinner with my side of the family. 

Rick brought me home these beautiful flowers that were from the National Junior Honor Society induction that week.  Colby was pretty excited about them :)

And this was my first year to get sweet treasures made by Colby's little hands.  It doesn't get any better!
